You maintain ownership and control of your developer accounts, business accounts, and third-party subscriptions. We receive only the access needed to perform the agreed services.
Application source-code ownership, licensing, and intellectual-property rights are defined in the project agreement. Access can be reviewed or revoked when the engagement ends, subject to completing any agreed transition work.
