How does subscription pricing work? +
Each standard package includes a one-time setup fee, a monthly subscription, and a 12-month minimum commitment. The subscription includes ongoing CMS and managed application services according to the selected package.
When does my subscription begin? +
Your subscription begins when you place your order. The one-time setup fee and first monthly payment are charged at that time, and the 12-month minimum commitment begins on the original order date—not the application launch date.
How long does development take? +
Most standard applications have an estimated development period of 30–60 days, depending on project requirements, customer feedback, and complexity. Store review and approval times vary and are controlled by Google and Apple.
What is the difference between Starter, Business, Enterprise, and Custom? +
All standard packages connect to The App Wizards CMS. Starter content is managed by our team, Business adds a customer dashboard and customer-data access, and Enterprise adds advanced administration and engagement tools. Custom is for direct integration with existing websites, identity systems, databases, and specialized business architecture.
Can I update application content myself? +
Starter content is configured and managed by The App Wizards. Business and Enterprise customers receive secure CMS dashboard access with the content-management controls included in their package. Custom access is defined in the project scope.
Which packages support customer registration? +
Business, Enterprise, and Custom can include customer registration and account capabilities. Starter does not include a customer account system.
Which packages support push notifications? +
Push-notification management is included with Enterprise when defined in the approved scope and may also be included in Custom projects. Starter and Business do not include push-notification management.
Are external API integrations included? +
External business-system and website integrations are handled through Custom development. Standard packages use The App Wizards CMS connection appropriate to their service level.
Can you connect a mobile app to our existing business website? +
Yes. Our Custom development service can connect mobile applications with existing websites, customer portals, databases, and compatible APIs. We review your current systems and recommend an appropriate integration approach.
Can customers use their existing login credentials? +
Yes, where technically supported. Our Custom development service can integrate compatible Single Sign-On systems so users can access their mobile application with existing business credentials.
What happens after the initial 12 months? +
After the initial commitment, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a subscription is cancelled and expires, CMS access and hosted services end, and application features that depend on those services may stop functioning. Renewal restores the applicable services and access.
Will my app work on Android and iPhone? +
Both platforms are included in the standard packages, subject to the agreed project requirements and platform capabilities.
Do I need developer accounts? +
Yes. Customers maintain their own Google Play and Apple Developer accounts.
How do revisions and publishing work? +
Starter includes 1 revision round, Business includes 2, and Enterprise includes 3. Custom revision terms are defined in the project proposal. All included revisions and final customer approval must occur before submission. We handle the technical submission process with appropriate account access, but Apple and Google determine store approval.
